Section 01

01 Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to 88taya. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet or wager on any 88taya product — whether on the sportsbook, online casino, slots, Sabong section, or any other service we offer — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 88taya ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They govern every aspect of your relationship with 88taya, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, betting activity, bonus usage, and dispute resolution.

If there is any part of these Terms that you do not understand or do not agree with, please do not proceed with registration. You can contact our support team via live chat before signing up if you have questions about any specific clause — we're happy to explain anything in plain language.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. All three documents together form the complete agreement between you and 88taya.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To create and use an 88taya account, you must meet all of the following requirements. These are not optional — they are conditions of access, and 88taya reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened in violation of them.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 88taya or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not already hold another active account on the 88taya platform.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 88taya or had an account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

Section 03

03 Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the 88taya platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 88taya will close all accounts involved, void all pending bets, and retain any remaining balances.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods — confidential and secure. 88taya will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You must update your details promptly if they change.
• You must not share your password with anyone, including 88taya staff. Our team will never ask for your password.
• Your registered mobile number must be active and accessible for OTP verification and account security communications.
• You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making a withdrawal. This process requires a valid government-issued ID.
• Allowing another person to use or operate your account is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Section 04

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 88taya platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). We do not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion will be applied to your account balance. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels are limited to Philippine-based payment methods.

Accepted methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa / Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks. Third-party payment processors or overseas cards are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (varies by payment method).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification before processing.
• Deposits made from accounts not in your own name will be reversed and the transaction voided.
• 88taya does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Section 05

05 Betting Rules and Wager Conditions

All bets placed on 88taya are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game, which are available within each betting market. The general betting rules below apply across all products on the platform unless a specific market rule supersedes them.

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been confirmed by the 88taya system and assigned a bet ID. Bets cannot be cancelled after acceptance.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of bet placement. Late submissions after an event outcome is determined will be voided.
• Bets placed on events that have already concluded before the bet was submitted will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed on each bet type. These limits may vary between regular, VIP, and promotional markets.
• 88taya reserves the right to void bets where odds were published due to a technical error that resulted in manifestly incorrect pricing.
• Systematic exploitation of errors, including odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market, constitutes abuse and may result in bet voiding and account review.
• If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. A single-selection bet whose only selection is voided results in a full stake refund.

06 Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

88taya offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus rules below apply to all offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the wagering requirement before transfer to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount (not including the original deposit, unless specifically stated). The required rollover multiplier is specified in each offer.
• Free bet winnings are credited as withdrawable cash; the free bet stake amount itself is not included in the payout.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once — upon creation of their first 88taya account. Repeated registration to claim welcome offers is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means — including use of VPN, fake accounts, or coordinated multi-account wagering — will be forfeited along with any associated winnings, and the accounts involved will be closed.
• Wagering of bonus funds on low-risk or excluded bet types (such as matched betting patterns or specifically excluded markets) may not contribute to wagering requirements. Excluded bet types are listed in each promotion's terms.
• 88taya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided this does not affect bonuses already claimed and currently being wagered.

Section 07

07 Fair Play, Fraud, and Prohibited Conduct

88taya operates on the principle of fair play for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where confirmed — permanent closure with forfeiture of funds.

• Opening, controlling, or benefiting from multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software that mimics human betting patterns to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of involvement in match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events, directly or indirectly.
• Collusion with other players to exploit a promotion, market, or game mechanic.
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank accounts, or any form of payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities on the 88taya platform.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identification documents during the KYC process.

Where 88taya suspects fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to hold funds pending investigation for up to 30 days. If fraud is confirmed, affected funds will be permanently withheld and the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities.

08 Privacy and Data Handling

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the 88taya Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In brief: 88taya collects only the personal information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable laws. We do not sell your data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Your information is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• You may request correction of inaccurate data by contacting our support team.
• Account closure requests will be processed within 14 business days. Transaction history is retained for regulatory compliance purposes.

Section 09

09 Responsible Gaming Obligations

88taya is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity and recognise when it may be becoming a problem. These tools are available from the account settings section of the platform at any time.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) can be set from the account settings page and take effect immediately when reducing a limit.
• Session time reminders can be configured to alert you when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be applied, during which betting and deposit functions will be suspended.
• Self-exclusion for a period of 6 months or more can be applied by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion is not reversible during the active period.
• During any self-exclusion period, the creation of new accounts to circumvent the exclusion is prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts.

Section 10

10 Limitation of Liability

88taya provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous uptime and system reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for losses resulting from service outages, technical failures, or system maintenance windows.

• 88taya is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end, including but not limited to mobile data outages or WiFi interruptions.
• In the event of a live game disconnection, the platform's server-side record of the game state at the time of disconnection will be used to determine outcome and payout.
• 88taya's aggregate liability to any single player under these Terms is capped at the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 88taya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Section 11

11 Amendments to These Terms

88taya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, and a notice will be displayed on the platform during the notice period.

Minor updates, such as clarifications of existing rules without substantive change, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the 88taya platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account before the effective date. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course following account closure.

12 Disputes, Complaints, and Contact

If you have a complaint regarding a bet outcome, account matter, or any other service provided by 88taya, the first step is to contact our customer support team via live chat. Our support agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are trained to resolve common issues quickly.

For formal written complaints, you may email us at support@88taya.net. Formal complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 10 business days where possible. Complex matters may take longer, and you will be informed of the expected timeline if that is the case.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the 88taya complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
